We take USDA steak and air-dry it in state-of-the-art drying chambers. Before the drying process, the steak goes through a vinegar and natural seasoning (steak rub) tumbler. The final step is to slice the biltong and package it in oxygen-free retail packging. Our product is USDA inspected and certified.
